Just a heads up to all of you out there who are anything like me and LOVE food but also love to eat healthily and look after your body (at least we try to during the working week anyway!) your time is running out to get a copy of one of one of my favourite health food books of all time!
It’s called “The Food Lover’s Diet” but I like to think of it more of a Food Bible than just a plain old “diet” book, as it’s meal plans and recipes are based on REAL food (not rabbit food) and it allows you to construct your own healthy eating plan that is sustainable for the long term so you can say goodbye to crappy yo yo dieting for good!
It’s written by Penny Small, a very well renowned dietitian here in Australia who understands that while it is important to eat healthy nutritious food, it is also just as important that you actually enjoy what you’re eating! The bad news is I just read that the book is now out of print so time is running out to grab your copy! As far as I know, it is still available from most major book retailers but here is a list of the ones that I know of!
